Jose Mourinho: "I don't know a thing about football!"

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has hinted that Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was not a suitable winner of the Premier League's Player of the Season award and said he would have picked Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko to claim the prize.

As much as I love to criticize the guy, he was very clearly miles ahead of his closest competitor in the "best player" race this year. In fact, I think the only other player within shouting distance of the "best player" conversation was Daniel Sturridge. Watching those two this year was like watching the OBGYNs vs. Pirates football sketch from Monty Python.

Win or lose tomorrow, great job this year by Brendan Rodgers and his strikers. I look forward to Suarez vs. Lahm in the UCLl!
