Spent a week in ND. Beautiful place even if it is a bit Republican
A highlight is always to visit TR Park. If ever out there it is well worth the stop. Unbelievable scenery, animals galore, great hiking trails...
We weren't able to hike as much. The main buffalo herd was mostly cows and calves. The bulls were scattered all over the place; usually 50 yards in on a trail. That pretty much makes it his trail. Still it is always wonderful to see how these beautiful animals have returned to their range.

(20,879 posts)Realizing no one had a real camera. We got some good cell phone shots, I just have to figure out how to upload them.
I'm coming to the conclusion that I will have to ask the kids how to do that

(109 posts)It really is a beautiful place. I haven't been there for a few years. Not sure why, it's less than two hours from my house. I also recommend checking out medora and the musical if you are nearby.
