Tennis in Las Vegas - new (free) Meetup group - Henderson and Las Vegas Tennis

https://meetup.com/Henderson-and-Las-Vegas-Tennis/

Our new Meetup partner Pickup Sports created the Henderson and Las Vegas Tennis group.

Since the disappearance of the Tennis702 Meetup group. The new HLVT group will be the only free tennis Meetup group in the Las Vegas valley. Two others are basically pay-to-play marketing tools for tennis instructors and coaches - (1) the single location Las Vegas Tennis Group (formerly Tennis & Brunch) and (2) PlayYourCourt (no events in 2 years).

Successful groups need active volunteers to create and/or host events in your neighborhood areas.

Event Organizers can create new weekly or one-time events for the new group at a location, time, day and skill level that works best for you. These can be doubles, singles, women's doubles, hitting practice, beginners, advanced or some combination. Creating a new event is not hard and does not require images or anything fancy - just the basics. Other organizers can help you get started.

Event Hosts volunteer to be the designated host for an event created by an Event Organizer. Often this is the same person but Event Organizers are often willing to set up events in areas where they don't live and often cannot attend.

Even though tennis is often informal enough that a host is not actually needed, Meetup.com requires that a host be listed for each event. There may be exceptions for new "test" events in new locations.

Help us out. Join our new free tennis Meetup group.
Become a volunteer Event Organizer or Event Host so we can have more tennis more often in more locations.
