I'm going to wait a few more months before buying one of the next gen consoles just because I want to wait for a bigger library of games and I want to wait out until all the hardware bugs are fixed. Plus, I need to save up the $$$ before I can afford one.

1. Indeed let us know what it's like if you guys get one...

I'm not in the market for a new console till at least after Christmas. It will depend on the game libraries. If I were to go for one now it would be the PS4. Most reviews seem to agree it's the superior console.

2. I'm leaning towards the PS4 also.

I don't like the idea that the Kinect has to be plugged in all the time to play the Xbox. Plus, it seems as though the Kinect can see through clothes: http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/11/20/microsoft-kinect-cannot-see-through-clothing

3. I've got far too many games for the 360 and PS3 to want to upgrade my console

Between Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, The Last of Us, Skyrim, Fallout, and Gears of War, the consoles I have right now will suit me just fine for several more years.

6. I'll wait til the Xbox 7

or Playstation 12. Whatever system that is good enough for a lifetime or about a couple decades before the next big thing in gaming.

In the meantime, I'll probably just buy a Playstation 3 when I have everything situated to afford gaming.
