An exciting Rams-at-Lions game--overtime!

I know very little about the nuances and deep structures, but both exciting teams and it was a tight tight game.
Edit to add that I usually find the commentary on football and baseball broadcasts so helpful. Tonight no exception 👍

I get being a fan, but that is OTT, IMO. It is Football--not politics. sigh... It takes what I found to be an enjoyable hard-fought game that gives most of us a break from TSF--and destroys that.

It's a humorous, clichéd off-hand remark about something that is supposed to be a distraction, a lark. The only thing over the top here is your overly dramatic response.

We root for every team that plays the Rams, and it's icing on the cake when Jerod Goff gets to beat the team who traded him to what was at the time, the arguably worst franchise in the league. Karma can be a bitch sometimes.

The city just shimmered from every angle. It looked like a commercial for Detroit.
