I'm sure landlord wants it done, but sadly my friend who had a gardening business and was hoping to do it, things didn't workout, and her business closed.

Last time we spoke, landlord was hoping to have it done, but I haven't heard anything lately. He actually lives in DC, not here, but visits most weekends. Large property, so I don't bug him.
