As a former technician, its crap like this and shitty fly-by-night shops like this one that give the entire auto repair industry a bad name.

If this were my shop and a technician had done this, that person would be moving their toolbox out the door that same day.

in the US where you can't expect people to stay to the right.
Not to mention the riskes to the car and shop if he crashes the damn thing.
We need to trottle all new cars to the speed limit with the GPS availability we have now.
