As a lifelong baseball fan, I can say I have no love for the Dodgers…but whenever my Cubs played LA, I would always tune into Vin’s broadcast for at least part of the game. You could feel his love for baseball through the airwaves. Cross gently Mr. Scully.

Googled it and saw he was 94. He remained prolific right into the twilight of his years and was obviously a tremendous success. Hard to ask for a much better life than that, at least from the outside.
