Per the BBC, Australia has canceled Djokovic's visa.

Prime Minister says "no one is above the rules". Djokovic is challenging the decision.

This is the first time I have ever created a post so let me know if I did it wrong. Thanks

it was almost like they didn't have a choice. I was watching the Aussie news early this AM and, you know, Australia has been very strict about its COVID policies--people not being able to go from Victoria to NSW, people not being able to go to funerals, lockdowns that happened the way lockdowns are supposed to if we want them to work. And Australia has been rewarded by having so few cases of COVID, so people were rightly resentful that the AO organizers (and, if it had worked, the government) would be so willing to spit on their sacrifices for a GD tennis player
