4. Golf is the MAIN reason I am healthy

in my 80's now. Walking 6 miles in 4 hours on green grass to play a round WITHOUT getting bored for a single minute is the greatest form of beneficial exercise mankind ever invented. Gym's bore me to death. Walking in parks bores me after 15 minutes. Walking on street sidewalks I inhale car fumes and is also boring after 15 minutes. On a golf course, I am busy thinking of my next shot, and 4 hours go by so fast. I am never bored except when some duffers are slowing down the game looking for lost balls ahead of my foursome.
