Iona Whishaw, and the 11th book of her series just came out earlier this year. The series opens in 1946, when Lane Winslow, a young English woman who spied for the Allies during the War, emigrates to a small town in British Columbia to start a new, quieter life. Things are going along fine until a body shows up on Lane's property.

Really a good series.

I actually went to high school with Iona, and hope there's another class reunion someday so I can get her go sign all her books.
