as has Colin Kaepernick. How there isn't a nasty high dollar settlement not in there somewhere escapes my understanding. I am glad every dog has his day and Colin deserves a whole lot more than that.
Got to be a House seat for him in the future.

In fact, just last week a judge ruled against the NFL's motion to dismiss the case. My guess is a settlement this spring to avoid additional bad press for the NFL.
