How are you guys doing? In my real life, I have found that my black friends

have taken this news much better than my brown friends.

I suspect because more than anyone, black people truly understand the degree to which white people support white supremacy.

Anyway, I hope you are doing ok.

If you are not, I have many hugs for you.

I am white and am probably not as aware of my privilege as I should be.

Nevertheless, this election has me outraged and ashamed. Please believe that not all white people support white supremacy. Many of us want to see equal rights for ALL.

do not want to be inconvenienced to achieve this equality. hence the hatred for affirmative action, poverty programs etc.

This place is a cesspool of white supremacy. For my part, I have made a decision to vote with my wallet. There is a very small group of us, blue dots in a red pool, trying to support businesses that want equality for all. I really believe that anyone who did not vote for Hillary voted for white supremacy, whether they admit it or not. It certainly is ok with them, if they did nothing to stop it. I've already been "unfriended" by several people after ranting about this on FB. One of them is my financial advisor, who will be replace very soon, as soon as Monday.

I defend affirmative action to anyone who asks me. I donate to ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and Southern Poverty Law Center. I can't afford much, but if there are other organizations that would be helpful to donate to, I will gladly add them to my list. Please help me to be of more help. I really want to be.
