Also get rid of the SS tax limit, I.e. max the SS income tax continue for all income. This two things would balance the budget and fix the projected SS shortfall. We could start paying down the national debt. I don’t know much about corporate taxes but I know some big companies pay no tax. Easy-peasy.

Maybe we need a think tank that is the anti heritage foundation. Oh and while I am at it start taxing religion-churches!!!
