I joke yet all the grandkids make me smile , mister he came rolling in with his sip cup , he tossed sip cup on the couch next to me I’m pap actual is my radio call sign. Grandkids call sign over radio is Grumpy need nap and cuddles.

He just tossed his drink cup on my lap and mounted the sofa to cuddle and nap I’m like wow I got get this kid sling for his sip cup he’s taking on the couch. Like fort benning the high crawl.

He’s out now sleeping on me I’m patting his little bum as he sleeps on me as I lay on couch he’s in pajamas little dude is acrobatic.

All fair skinned and FIL died of Skin Cancer so Sun protection was a big deal. None of them would keep their sun hats on at the beach. One day at the Uniform shop I found size XSmall Boonie hats and bought 3 of them. They loved them and wore them non stop outdoors all the time.

One day just before Uniform inspection of Dress Blues I get a call form my wife asking if I was missing something. I said no. Her reply was that my middle son was running around the house with one of my covers Saluting everything. Turns out the little bugger reached into my travel bad and took my cover out and now I was on a mad dash to the exchange for a new Cover.

Sleeping child, One of lifes great moments to love and appreciate.

My ex and I walked in on my dad. He was teaching my son to do PLF’s (parachute landing falls) off the bar stool in the kitchen. Yelling “AIRBORNE “ My dad would hold him by his arm so he wouldn’t hit the floor too hard.
