Public servant expects $1 million after human rights tribunal finds 'subtle scent of discrimination'

$1 million from the Human Rights tribunal for this employment barrier. What reward is fair for someone who has to deal
with employment interference AFTER being hired? In Canada the Security Apparatus commonly enters the workplace and directly interferes with career, sometimes on multiple occasions (as I have learned first hand).
