Civil forfeiture

So how is it that the various governments in the US can take themselves seriously in light of the realities of civil forfeiture existing along with the constraints of the Forth Amendment?

I believe that no one with sufficient "position" (power, wealth...) has been victimized.

Because of this coupled with the selective profiling style of enforcement, I will for the future be giving first consideration to Democratic minority candidates for any and all offices. I will also support any candidate that works to abolish this practice.

Does anyone know of an organization that supports the letigious efforts of those abused by this practice to recover their property?

I'm hoping that Civil Forfeiture can be applied to Trump's criminal activities. Thor_MN Dec 2017 #1
