On this day October 28, 4004 BCE land animals including humans were made.

Not Adam and Eve. "So god created man in his own image, in the image of god created he him; male and female created he them." Adam and Eve were made after god had rested a bit.

Humanity is clearly an afterthought in creation, without enough thinking about it beforehand.

BTW, the correct theological understanding of "in God's image" is to know that 'existence and consciousness' are the very nature of both the divine source and the sourced individual.
