Near death experiences two days in row poor Duncan pup.

Yesterday on our early walk neighbors down road put out a new birdbath in front yard. We had to keep an eye on it as we walked past WTB what the biscuits man that’s new is it gonna attack me.

And just now a roll of toilet paper fell off the top shelf in hallway closet could have crushed him as he was observing his brother 19 store towels.

Well Golden retrievers are furry children not really the most brave pups.

killers! Thank god Dunc is aware of that fact. My Sammy got her hair on her back all up over a Christmas nativity sheep. 🐑

barked at plastic garbage bags and plastic lawn chairs. But she never barked at the mail man or Fed Ex person.

You are lucky to have such an intuitive protection dog in Dunc. Those bird baths can be evil!

She actually did save me from a loose, big dog. He had the hair up and stalking me and growling. Scared the hell out of me. Then Sammy got the attitude and the dog carried on. Whew!!!

was a large English Setter. BEAUTIFUL dog! And scared of *everything*! A leaf blew up on the porch one day. I thought he was gonna have a heart attack!

The way to keep him out of any room was to put either a trashcan or this large stuffed dog in the doorway. Snoop was scared of both and wouldn't approach the threshold of the door.

He got me back one day, tho. That large stuffed dog mostly spent its time on the end of my bed. One day after school, I went up to change clothes. There was cotton fuzz from the middle of the staircase all the way to my bedroom. The bedroom floor looked like it'd been in a snowstorm. Snoopy *finally* had his revenge on that large stuffed dog! (LOL)
