Related: About this forumCarys is attempting to be very manipulative, this morning
All of the kidcats except for Gryff love dairy products. I allow them just occasional and very tiny portions. They seem to tolerate the lactose but why risk it.
I toasted a bagel, spread some Neufchatel Cheese on it and set aside some cheese I cut from the edge of the brick that had started to dry.
Once it was dispersed, Carys sat down in front of me and started giving me a series of slow blinks. A LONG series of VERY slow blinks. I think she was actually attempting to dredge up some tears.
It almost, but eventually, didn't work. She got more than her share. An important lesson to learn is to never get between Carys and food.

(25,201 posts)Of COURSE, she's manipulative! She expects you to bend to her will. Heads will roll if you don't.
