Next Door Dog update - As of yesterday, it is gone.

And the neighbor has been out ALL afternoon trimming back years of overgrowth, next to and behind the house. Of course the ferals shelter beneath the bushes and deck so the trimming won't really cause them much trouble. It will be a bonus for their lawn care company because some of those junk trees were forming a low archway that almost extended to my property.

The boys spent most of the day in my yard. I'm kind of hoping they and their mom will move in to the slightly downsized shelter on my deck. She was sniffing it out, today.

3. The landscaping people were back today to finish the trim work they couldn't do before

So now I'm pretty sure that's why he was out there until 9pm, cutting and bagging stuff. I wondered why that strip of lawn between our houses looked so shaggy.
