Last night, Arthur let me know all is forgiven and he still loves me

All he wanted to do was snuggle.

I took the collar off until bed time and again, this morning, before their breakfast. I see continued improvement in his 'condition'. I'll just keep an eye on him, today, to make sure he doesn't do too much undercarriage cleaning. If he does, the collar will return.

When I met Mikey, he was already an adult cat. The first time I saw him injured, I immediately took to tending his wounds, he was mad at me at first but he figured out, rather quickly that I was actually helping him and from then on he always came to me when he was wounded and needed healing, including the last time he was here.

I think this has helped Arthur see that you are more than just the snuggle buddy with food and treats.

What a sweetie.

I saw the one blood incident day before last, Still don’t know where it came from, haven’t seen any since, a few normal looking turds in the litter box this morning no blood. I guess I just have to hope it was a temporary injury or something. He certainly doesn’t seem sick, not throwing up, begging for pieces of chicken every time I go to the fridge. Arthur looks like he’s doing great!

I have a feeling he will be back to normal by this afternoon. He's been in full wrestle mode, this morning, with anyone who will participate.

I'll still take him back for the vet, on Thursday, to check and I can get the lab results from the stool sample.

Great news about Patches.
