I'm pretty sure he is glad he didn't successfully escape me the first time I spotted him.

(27,267 posts)And the center of his palate is black.
cat was a tortoiseshell and she had black area on the roof of her mouth. Guess its not unusual.
One of my kitties is about 2/3 white with some really interesting spots here and there, like a tabby splotch under her chin and a gray spot that covers her nose and makes her look a bit like a koala bear. Also some dairy cow-like markings.
Kitty fur markings are so much more interesting than human skin. (I mean, I guess tattoos are interesting in their own ways, but ya know what I mean...)

(6,060 posts)they are much better off inside with us. Even my recalcitrant indoor feral "Naughty" who still acts as though he hates me. Madoc figured it out and got the right idea (to be fair, Naughty didn't come indoors until he was an adult, when I took him with me during a move, so he was pretty set in his ways and just never has gotten better).
