I went to an international market today

I think I'm more interested in experimenting than cooking. When I made the banana blossom chutney last week, I saw a recipe for banana blossom vegan fish. The person in the video said canned banana leaves work well for the recipe. I'm staying near d.c. for a few days and had a chance to go to places in search of ingredients. We got lucky at the first store. I got canned banana leaves, and wandered around like it was a magic kingdom. The aisles were marked by ethnicity, but it was flexible.
I saw one product labeled 'Dry bitter leaves' The package didn't say what kind of leaves, and google was no help, so I passed. I want to go to that store again next time I visit the area.

still unopened. Wonder what I should make with it?

You would love my area. It is full of ethnic food markets.
