Grilled cheddar cheeseburgers with lettuce, beet steak tomatoes and a slices of vidalia onion on Kaiser rolls. The condiments include ketchup, spicy brown mustard, mayonnaise and dill pickle slices. I quartered a couple of potatoes then marinated the slices in olive oil, garlic, splash of red wine and S&P; they’ll be grilled, too. Klondike bars for dessert.

Here’s the joke I saw on a billboard for Mike’s mayonnaise:

Practice safe snacking. Use condiments!

My usual recipe baked in a 9x9 glass baking dish. My version has canned salmon, minced onion, red bell pepper, celery, peas, bread crumbs, rolled oats, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce. Also made air-fried potato nuggets and steamed broccoli rabe. Cheers!🥂
