Wire or the door and the thermometer attaches to the outside of the oven?

I no longer dry out my chicken breasts in the oven!! (I had switched to poaching, but roasting adds so much flavor)

The very tip of the probe holds the sensor, the cord is about 4 feet long and the thermometer has a magnet so you can stick it just about anywhere.

I think I was originally concerned that the oven door wouldn't close completely, but that is a non-issue. Even in my counter top oven.

Who knew collecting thermometers is addictive?

I must have at least 7 different kinds (and colors!) Plus several silicone products.

I've got spatulas, turners, trivets and potholders!

Did you see the new pot clip? (for holding thermometer in liquid) I thought I was done buying from them until I saw this.
