Naan bread pizzas with mozzarella, roasted Italian pepper, and hot Italian chicken sausage crumbles. Caramelized onions over the top. Anchovies, of course, and fresh basil.
Here's the nice thing about naan bread pizza "crusts:" They are very economical. I priced them out vs. flatbread and ready-made pizza crusts. A flatbread is about $1.99 ea. The ready-made crust encased in plastic wrapped is more like $4, sometimes more. And my naan breads are $2.99 for 12, which comes out to about 25 cents each.
You can buy pizza dough for a reasonable price, though, but you have to roll it out yourself.
For an appetizer, a cup of creamed cauliflower-roasted garlic soup.
Tossed green salad made this morning; has ruffly green, chopped Granny Smith, apple, toasted pecans, celery, dried cranberries, and citrus vinaigrette dressing. Goat cheese.
Dessert: chocolate brownie cookie and decaf coffee.

I'm not sure just what kind of noodles these are. They were hiding in the back of the freezer. They look like they could be rice noodles .

(1,920 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, scallion, green bell pepper, sliced cauliflower florets, mushrooms, minced garlic and ginger. When done I added air-fried red potato cubes, chickpeas, green peas and a slurry made from Pataks curry paste and veggie broth and gave it a good stir. Cheers!🥂
