Salad is Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with Apple and Pomegranate. I'm using this gorgeous apple:



Isn't it beautiful? I bought 2 and wish I'd bought more because they are so delicious. The salad is made with shaved Brussels sprouts, a pomegranate, seeded, and parmesan.

Dessert: don't have a thing in the house.

Beauties that were similar, but not as vividly colorful. They make lovely pink applesauce.

2. Fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Strawberry jello with teaspoon of cool whip before bedtime.

3. Lentil Loaf Wraps

Slather lavash flat bread with homemade balsamic-walnut dressing and vegan mayonnaise. Then add sliced cold lentil loaf I made a few days ago. Then add sliced tomatoes, red onion, sliced pickled beets and whole romaine leaves. Drizzle with more dressing before rolling up. Will also have a cup of leftover split pea soup. Might have a beer because we’re eating during the Bill’s game. Cheers! 🍻
