I'm having the white bean stew with marinated radicchio that I started yesterday. The flavors should have melded by now and I'm hoping it will be very good. Chicken sausages with spinach and feta. I put these in my slow cooker after browning them.
Making mandarin-pineapple flavored kombucha tonight.
Dessert: Square of milk chocolate and glass of milk.

I thought the recipe was pretty easy, and flavorful. If you went easy on the apricots, it would be fairly low carb. Some of the notes suggested to add heat. I did add some Aleppo pepper but I think a good dash of cayenne might have been better.
