Posting early due to working late.
Stuffed acorn squash. The stuffing has quinoa and chopped vegetables like onion, carrot, sundried tomato, celery, sausage, and fresh herbs from my garden, namely parsley and marjoram. Also a little ricotta, and topped with melted provolone cheese.,
Pomegranate kombucha, home-brewed.
For dessert, tangerines and tea.

(89 posts)I've got a buncha marjoram seedlings to put out this week. I've never really cooked with it, but I'm using it as a companion plant here and there.
Stuffed squash sounds delicious! Leftover venison stew (spiced up with Cholula) for dinner here.

(743 posts)I brought honey nut squash last week at sprouts.. Has a much sweeter flavor than butternut squash. I had never sen it before.

This was really good. I ate the low carb version wrapped in lettuce, my husband and son had it over rice.
Our weekday chef, the aforementioned son, made it, and said it was not difficult and we could have it again.
Being a weekday, I had Bosnian fruits of the forest tea, that I make as refrigerator tea, for a beverage.
