What's for Dinner, Tues., April 9, 2024

Posting early due to working late.

Stuffed acorn squash. The stuffing has quinoa and chopped vegetables like onion, carrot, sundried tomato, celery, sausage, and fresh herbs from my garden, namely parsley and marjoram. Also a little ricotta, and topped with melted provolone cheese.,

Pomegranate kombucha, home-brewed.

For dessert, tangerines and tea.

I've got a buncha marjoram seedlings to put out this week. I've never really cooked with it, but I'm using it as a companion plant here and there.
Stuffed squash sounds delicious! Leftover venison stew (spiced up with Cholula) for dinner here.

This was really good. I ate the low carb version wrapped in lettuce, my husband and son had it over rice.

Our weekday chef, the aforementioned son, made it, and said it was not difficult and we could have it again.

Being a weekday, I had Bosnian fruits of the forest tea, that I make as refrigerator tea, for a beverage.

But is was mainly broth. So I was still hungry and made some fusilli pasta with light butter sauce and grated parm.
