This famed Provençal sandwich is packed with tuna, tomatoes, boiled eggs, plenty of olives and olive oil, and more.
((I hope some of you have had it; it's FAB! Hope I can find one 'nearby;' used to have one @ lunch place near my office in DC, across from Old Post Office. Trump developed the property into a luxury hotel, the Trump International Hotel Washington, D.C., which opened in September 2016[3][4] and closed on May 11, 2022,[5] after its sale to CGI Merchant Group. It reopened as the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC[6] on June 1, 2022.))

(15,194 posts)The best.
Was a French deli in Sunnyvale. Left the vicinity ages ago. Miss that place. I should do some research, and then move!!
Sam's Italian Deli in Fresno is another magnetic pull.
Bon Appetit.

Your description brought memories of a lovely time and place, via the memory of the wonderful Mediterranean treat of a pan bagnat.
