As I'm sippy my wonderful cup of black coffee, I'm contemplating breakfast. I think I'll have a mixed berry smoothie this morning.

Looks like last post from IrisBlue was Feb. 10, nearly a week ago.

Retrograde gave me a little advice on my Korean blue sweet potato and thankfully it turned out quite delicious. She told me it tends to be dry, so I baked it in parchment paper and foil. Today I cut it into slices and fried it in peanut oil in my cast iron skillet. They turned out a golden brown and ever so tasty--and not dry at all!

In addition, I heated up half a chicken sausage and a slice of turkey bacon.

Coming up will be an orange with my dark Chinese tea.

Also made a ginger kombucha on ice from my home brewed. Started another half-gallon of that, too.

Watching for the monetary judgment on trump. I have feelings of elation this morning. I think it's gonna' be a good day!
