What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 21, 2023

I made lo mein a couple nights ago, so tonight I'm going to change it up by adding large shrimp to it.

Definitely going to add a little more Napa to it.

Glad I have this already made and just have to do the shrimp. Had a worker/organizer person in to help me today and I cleaned out cabinets. Exhausting. Can't wait to hang it up for the day and check all the political news I missed out on by being so industrious.

Kombucha: strawberry rhubarb.

Dessert: chocolate chip cookie and milk.

Spent much of the afternoon making a big pan of lasagna for the in-laws. I used ground beef and pork, four cheeses and homemade tomato sauce.

Garlic bread and a huge salad for about 12 people. Somebody is bringing dessert.

Let the holidays begin...

Thin sliced bread from the loaf I made Tuesday. Spread a little mayo on the inner sides of the bread, and brushed some butter on the outside. Tuna and some cheddar.
