What's for Dinner, Mon., Dec. 17, 2027

Tossed green salad with red tip lettuce and purple radish microgreens. Chopped vegetables like cucumber, tomato, yellow and green pepper, thinly sliced red onion, zucchini, and shaved parsnip. Avocado cilantro dressing.

Roast beef wrap with caramelized onion. Sour cream/horseradish sauce. Chopped dill.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: Raspberry-plum galette with a little no sugar ice cream. Dark Chinese tea.
