Müssli put together here: oat flakes, wheat germ, crushed flax seed, dried cranberries. Orange juice fresh squeezed from Israeli Jaffa oranges from our Kurdish fruit and veggie stand, and Constant Comment tea from Boston, sweetened Russian style with apricot marmalade from the Wachau Valley in Austria.

World, we couldn‘t have done it without you!
(And that‘s just breakfast!)

the RG is doing something similar in Italy for his meal. Anyway, DFW, sounds wonderfully interesting.

I often prepare a lot of stuff to have at the ready in case I don't feel like making something at the moment. Is it ever great to be able to go to the frig or the cabinet and pull out something delicious.

Like today I could choose from 3 different teas or already prepared coffee, complete with half 'n half.

There was choice of oat flax pita, rustic rolls, or cornbread (I chose the cornbread).

An egg with scallion and green pepper (had that with chili sauce, yum).

I think for a fruit I'll have a mandarin and add a few raspberries to it. Just got the raspberries yesterday.
