What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 4, 2023

Egg roll with spicy mustard sauce.

Crackers with smoked salmon dip.

When I get back from work, I have a salad all ready in the frig.

No dessert tonight 'cuz I had too much chocolate last night.

In a Frito bag before. I learned it from my MIL who is from Texas. I looked it up and it did originate in Texas! She’s always called it “stacked supper”. I’ve also never tried the baked version! Will have to do that!

been to TX, I've never had it. It does sound good. If I had kids or grandkids, I'm sure it would be on the menu rotation!
