NEW EASY creamy smooth black frosting (no thermometers)

This young soman's channel is worth checking out. The way she explains the science of things is fascinating and her buttercream is really good. It's the best I've ever made.

I'm not a baker but I know a few & will send them the black frosting vid! One makes & decorates a cake almost weekly.
