Everything went well. I lost it when my brother looked at me from his hospital bed and said he just wants to die. I know death cannot come quick enough for him.

Oatmeal with blueberries later.

roasted by a local non-chain coffee shop.

Later I'll have some toast with a slice of tomato.

Crustless zucchini quiche, ham, rye toast with orange marmalade. Sweet peppers and tomatoes for crunchiness.
