5. NO MORE JELLY/JAM SQUEEZE BOTTLES EVER

Around 230 AM had toast and grape jelly. The bottle is incredibly hard to squeeze (I'm a larger than average male). Jars from now on.

I feel the same way about ketchup - not as hard to squeeze, but would rather have it in a jar. A quick Google shows there is such a thing, but tends to be expensive. Bottles are even worse than squeezies.

Around 620a - a nectarine.

Not sure what comes next -- no potatoes or eggs in the house, don't feel like cereal.

Has Napa cabbage drizzled with toasted sesame oil, sweet peppers, tomatoes, sliced cucumber, avocado slices. Cottage cheese.

Mug of Earl Grey tea, hot.
