and fruit and or chocolate chips.

for a person with fructose intollerance like my wife. Most of the fruits mentioned are too high in fructose and cause abdominal issues.
Good advice for most people though.

(14,828 posts)5. I use fruit/veg smooties to get my "dose" of healthy ingredients. Soy/Almond/what ever milk you have
with frozen mango and blueberries as a base. I then throw in a ¼ frozen banana, turmeric, ginger, fresh sprouts, arugula and spinach. A tsp of fresh ground Flax seed and a mix of vegan and goat whey protein and wizz it all up in a blender with some ice. A touch of honey if needed sweetness or a chopped up date. Some days beet powder?
That works for me for about half a day. It's a big gulp!!! YMMV
