Turkey sandwich on Brioche roll with lettuce, Marie's "zesty secret sauce," sliced red onion, and tomato slice.
Cold sweet peppers for a crunchy side dish.
Trying a new kombucha: wildberry ginger (blueberry, blackberry, green tea).

(34,773 posts)And got Jamaican brown stew(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_stew_chicken) steamed cabbage and curried potatoes from a local restaurant.
The food was ah-may-zing & I have breakfast.

(15,090 posts)Just about to pop them in the oven. A lot of work, but I'm freezing one pan for later, and photo will easily make two meals, so I guess all the effort is worth it.
The store didn't have chard so I substituted spinach. I've used spinach before, and it's just as good.

(39,204 posts)I agree with you on the spinach. I planted a lot of chard this year and also spinach. I had more luck with the chard, so I'll have plenty for the season. But actually, I prefer the spinach. I just can't get it to grow as well. What I did grow went to seed in no time at all.
No ricotta in this dish?
