If another far reaching women's rights case went to the (formerly) supreme court of the U.S., do you think they'd reverse their unfair, idiotic decision on Roe? Considering how it is setting back the unelected majority's favorite political party.

I'm not sure I'm describing Roe V. Wade with the right words. I was in my 20s when it passed, and didn't understand what it meant for women's rights overall. I learned and I hate that rights are so hard to gain, and so easy to lose. I believe the unelected majority decided not on the merits of Roe V. Wade, or by using precedent, so if they get a chance to rescind their calculations, will they? I don't think for a minute that the unelected 5 give a rat's ass about the sanctity of life, but they might care about their power and place in history. Or losing their sidelines.

2. I don't think the current Supreme Court would change the decision.

They were put on the Court by Leonard Leo, who agreed to support Trump in 2016 if he would appoint Federalist Society-approved judges, which Trump did. They were put on the Court to reverse Roe and to create special rights for the evangelical white Christians who believe that the US should be a theocracy. And they have done what they were supposed to do, their influence can only be countered now with an expansion of the Court, which is a hard slog.
