Para said she'd explain the case to her attorneys and call me today. Still no call. I don't want to be doing this, but i need advice. I'm now getting headaches in my forehead which is new. I know this is from the careless handling

(17,324 posts)...I would also suggest seeing a different specialist to be sure the headaches are not the start of something serious.

(18,510 posts)I know it must be extremely hard to be patient, but lots of things could have prevented that paralegal from calling back today. It could just be something as simple as the attorneys having other, unexpected demands on their time on this particular day. Or all kinds of other things that have no bearing on the strength or your case or whether they decide to take it.
I'm glad you've decided to pursue this avenue and hope it works out for you. I have no use for any health care provider who refuses to listen to a patient's concerns and take them seriously, whether it's a dentist like yours or someone like that provider who was so rude to Siwsan about her anxiety issues. These people need to remember that their job is to help their patients, not make their lives even more difficult, and if it takes a malpractice suit to remind your dentist of that, so be it!
