I just had a debate with a friend yesterday when he said "as we get older, we're less flexible."

I think if you don't focus on flexibility, you lose what you have, especially with strength training. It's just not because you are older, it's because you never practiced it.

There's plenty of flexible older people but they engage in stretching on a routine basis.

Great site. Glad to know there's lots of stretching options.
