(33,957 posts)3 to 5 miles 3 or 4 times a week. Ive found those walks and jogs are the best antidepressant ever. Seems to improve every aspect of my life. Do I have an addiction?

(33,957 posts)thanks to my RN partner that took my pulse one morning when I told her I felt tired. My cardiologist said to keep moving.

I find I can manage my time better because my bike is right next to my bed.

(29,162 posts)When I walk, I walk my golden, my dog.
I do "mindful walking" where i try not to let my mind wander and I focus on my steps.
the warm weather is around the corner and I have access to pools, so God willing, I will swim
