Is everyone ready for the holidays?

Do you have a battle plan for staying clean? I think being prepared is the best way to come out of it unscathed. I've learned a few tricks like having an exit strategy for attending parties. Or avoiding them when possible. Having a glass of soda water or pop in youR hand so people won't bug you about not drinking. Just those two thing work wonders.

Any tricks you use and would like to share?
