I need to exercise....do you think they will let me " exercise ".... in the church?...

The meeting is on the third floor of a church. If I get there fifteen minutes early,,,do you think they will let me exercise in the church?

Oh..I am not talking about running in the church.... oh..no...or using the church "equipment.." oh no..
...Here is the deal....to get to the meeting, I gotta walk up basically 4 flights of stairs...it is way up in some upstairs meeting rooms. Now, if I walk up and down 3 times..all those steps. I will be getting good exercise...so. do you think they will let me do that?????

For exercising. (kidding) I think it must be a spiritual exercise, such as repeating the 10 commandments, interspersed with the 12 steps, while clearing your mind, from any intrusive thoughts, as you run the stairs. Then you should ward off any detractors.

what you are up to unless you show up to the meeting sweaty. "I just thought I'd take the stairs. Twice."
Maybe do some before and two after the meeting? Don't get yourself locked in!
Good luck!
