Dumb name for a sci-fi movie that's actually really good. I first saw this one ages ago and it still holds up quite well. I just discovered its streaming on Kanopy. Time for a rewatch!

And probably a few times more as a kid. My most vivid memory of the film is the scene where Crusoe is looking for food and comes across something that looked like kelp with greasy breakfast sausages all tangled up in it. The matinee audience all let out a loud “ulch!” upon seeing this.
