Just started Fool Me Once on Netflix. The first episode certainly pulled me in and I can't wait to continue
the series. We've enjoyed all the Harlan Coben based series on Netflix. Anyone else watching?

(2,430 posts)Kept reading articles online where the series was getting "buzz," so I gave it a shot.
There are dialougue, acting and plot developments along the way that are cringy moments, but I'm liking it overall. I love a good mystery that goes deeper and deeper.

(14,417 posts)oddly entertaining.
The characters are motivated only by the endless stream of plot devices. The main character in this one has zero impulse control and equally low levels of common sense, which she compensates for by apparently having super power wrist control judo skills.
On reflection all of his crap is like this. Manic characters doing stunningly stupid shit that is resolved by an endless stream of ridiculous plot devices.
And yet entertaining.

(12,753 posts)They are a guilty pleasure for me but the characters are so damn stupid and the plots so creaky and convoluted!

(25,195 posts)I watched it in 3 nights. Stayed up late last night to finish watching. Surprise ending.
At times it did get a little confusing with all the involvement of different characters, but overall, very intriguing.
