The new online movie about labor activist Mother Jones is "Fight Like Hell." The subject of the movie is Mary G. Harris Jones (1837-1930) who was an Irish immigrant who faced multiple personal tragedies. She went on to become a vanguard of the labor movement. Among her causes was the fight against child labor.

The 2023 online film "Fight Like Hell" is a labor of love for multi-talented actress of stage and screen, Kaiulani Lee, who is a labor activist herself. Ms. Lee co-wrote and starred in "A Sense of Wonder" (Video 2008) a movie about Rachel Carson, the "Mother of the Environmental Movement." Ms. Lee has an insight for creating works celebrating the maternalistic dimension of the fight for labor justice. Ms. Lee is also a college instructor and a world traveler. I respect her acting talent and stimulating movie productions.
